Twenty-four reviews kept as a record — no links, no offers, nothing current

About this archive

Twenty-four reviews of bingo sites that no longer trade, kept as a record. There are no commercial links anywhere in this section and nothing in it is an offer or a recommendation. Every figure in these pages is from the review as it was published, in the years given, and none of it is current.

Bingotime has been online since 2005. When the site was rebuilt in October 2026, almost every brand it had reviewed had closed — twenty-three of the twenty-four below, with one kept out for a different reason. That is an ordinary attrition rate for this business over twenty years, and it is the strongest argument we know for checking a licence before depositing: the operators that survived are, with very few exceptions, the ones that were properly licensed.

What they had in common

Five of them ran the same downloadable three-dimensional bingo hall, where an avatar walked around a rendered room and sat at a table. Three — Prestige, Ruby and You Bingo — shared rooms called Cabaña Café and Liberty Lounge, which is how we can tell they were one network wearing three names. None of the three said so anywhere.

That last point is the real difference between then and now. Sharing a platform across brands is still exactly how online bingo works: ten of the fourteen sites on our current list run on one platform and pool their jackpot rooms. What has changed is that you can find out in a minute, because the licence number is published and the regulator’s register lists every domain under it. In 2008 there was no equivalent and a player had no way of knowing who they were really playing with.

What happened to them

We do not have a closure date for most of these and we are not going to invent one. What we can say is what the live site said: each was listed as trading, each came off the lists when it stopped, and the review was left where it was. For two of them the name survived without the bingo — Ruby Fortune and River Belle both still trade as casinos under a licence we can check, and neither has a bingo room.

The reason these pages are still here rather than deleted or redirected is set out on each of them. In short: a review this site published is part of its record, and a reader arriving from an old link deserves to find out what happened rather than to land on an advertisement.
