Dove Bingo review
A bingo site rather than a slot lobby with a bingo tab, and one of the few on the Jumpman network that still has a chat worth being in
This page carries advertising. The “Visit site” buttons are affiliate links: when a reader opens an account through one, the operator pays us a commission. It costs the reader nothing. No operator pays for its position on this site, and none sees a page before it is published: the order follows the regulatory frame and the bingo on offer. How we review, and how we are paid.
Dove Bingo has been running since 2015 and is one of three sites we track that is a bingo site first. The distinction is not cosmetic: open the lobby at eight in the evening and there are rooms running in four formats with people talking in them, which is a different product from the bingo tab you find on a slot site with the same licence behind it.
The licence is Jumpman Gaming’s account 39175, covering remote bingo and casino, active since November 2014. Outside Great Britain the operator works under an Alderney licence instead, and eCOGRA is the named body for disputes the operator will not settle. Italy is blocked at the platform level — from an Italian address the site returns a region notice rather than a login page.
The rooms
Four ticket formats and Bingo Blast, all Pragmatic Play. Ninety-ball is the backbone, paying one line, two lines and a full house, and it is the format with the longest games and the most chat. Seventy-five-ball runs pattern games and is faster. Eighty-ball sits between them on a four-by-four grid. Thirty-ball — speed bingo — is over in about a minute and is the one to use when you want the game and not the conversation.
Bingo Blast is Pragmatic’s own variant, a shorter round with a multiplier mechanic. It is worth a look and it is not where the site’s regulars are. The jackpot rooms pool across the Jumpman network rather than sitting on this site alone, which is how a site of this size carries prizes it could not fund on its own, and it also means your odds in them are the network’s odds, not the room’s.
Beside the bingo there are over a thousand slots — Fluffy Favourites, Starburst, Sugar Train, Chilli Heat — plus live tables and instant-win games from Barcrest, IGT and Eyecon. They are the thing you do between calls. If they are what you came for, the same network has sites built around them and this is not the best of those.
The chat, and why it matters
A decade of running has left Dove Bingo with something most of its sister sites do not have: a chat with regulars in it. That sounds like an afterthought and it is close to the whole product. Chat games run alongside the bingo with their own small prizes, hosts moderate rather than just post, and in the ninety-ball rooms there is enough time between calls for a conversation to happen.
It is also the clearest difference between this site and Free Spins Bingo, which is on the same licence, the same software and the same terms, and runs its rooms without chat at all. If you want to play bingo quietly, that is an argument for the other one. If you want the thing that makes bingo different from a slot, it is an argument for this one.
Deposits, withdrawals and the fee
The cashier takes debit cards, PayPal, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller and pay by mobile, in sterling only. The minimum deposit is £10 and so is the minimum withdrawal. Credit cards are not accepted, and no licensed British site has accepted them since April 2020.
Then the fee. Jumpman charges £2.50 on a withdrawal, every time, and it is the one term on this site we would call genuinely poor — a £12 win arrives as £9.50, and taking money out weekly rather than monthly costs you ten pounds a month in fees alone. It is a network charge rather than this site’s decision, which explains it without improving it. Support is email-led, at support@dovebingo.com, with live chat reported but not always staffed.
The offer, and what it asks for
The welcome is a Mega Wheel spin on a first deposit of £10 or more. The wheel’s top segment is a large number of free spins on Fluffy Favourites; the other segments are smaller, the distribution is not published, and neither we nor anyone else can tell you what the median outcome is. That is why there is no figure in this paragraph.
What is verifiable: the playthrough is ten times, which is the cap the Gambling Commission set in January 2026 and which applies across the network. There is a maximum win per block of spins. The conversion cap — the most that bonus money can ever become cash — is tied to your lifetime deposits with a ceiling, which means it is at its lowest on the first deposit, exactly when the offer is being advertised to you. Regulars get a Daily Wheel, a Rewards Reel, weekly spins, a trophy cabinet and cashback, and those are worth more over time than the welcome.

How Dove Bingo scores
Ten criteria, each scored on its own. A grid that is full marks all the way down is not a review, it is a banner, so where this one gives three out of five the paragraph above says why.
| What we looked at | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Bingo rooms and formats | 5/5 | Four formats plus Bingo Blast, running at the hours people play |
| Chat and community | 5/5 | Ten years of regulars and hosts who moderate |
| Welcome offer | 3/5 | A prize wheel: the advertised number is the top segment, not the outcome |
| Wagering terms | 4/5 | Ten times, at the regulatory cap; the conversion cap is restrictive |
| Withdrawals | 2/5 | £2.50 a time, £10 minimum, pending period before release |
| Payment methods | 4/5 | Cards, PayPal, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, pay by mobile |
| Mobile play | 4/5 | Browser-based and sound on a phone; no app |
| Safer gambling tools | 4/5 | The full licensed set, but off until you turn them on |
| Customer support | 3/5 | Email-led; live chat reported but not reliably staffed |
| Finding your way around | 4/5 | The bingo lobby is where it should be, which is rarer than it sounds |
What it does well, and what it does not
In its favour
- Four ticket formats plus Bingo Blast — the widest spread on the network after Free Spins Bingo
- A chat with people in it, and hosts who run games rather than post announcements
- A Gambling Commission licence you can look up, with eCOGRA named for disputes
- Network jackpot rooms carry prizes a site this size could not fund alone
Against it
- £2.50 on every withdrawal, which makes small, frequent cashouts pointless
- The welcome is a prize wheel, so the advertised number is a ceiling and not an expectation
- Support is email-led and slow by the standards of sites with live chat
- The operator paid a £500,000 Commission settlement in May 2022 over anti-money-laundering and player-protection failures, before Super Group bought it

Questions readers ask
Is Dove Bingo licensed in the UK?
Yes. It runs on Jumpman Gaming Limited’s Gambling Commission account 39175, which covers remote bingo and casino and has been active since November 2014. The licence number on this page links to the entry on the Commission’s own register.
What bingo does Dove Bingo actually run?
Pragmatic Play bingo in four formats — ninety, eighty, seventy-five and thirty-ball — plus Bingo Blast. The jackpot rooms are pooled across the Jumpman network rather than funded by this site alone.
How much does it cost to withdraw?
£2.50 per withdrawal, with a £10 minimum. The fee applies every time and is the same across the Jumpman network. If you cash out, do it in larger amounts and less often.
Can I play Dove Bingo from outside the UK?
The Gambling Commission licence covers Great Britain and an Alderney licence covers some other territories, but the platform geo-blocks several countries outright, Italy among them, and the United States is excluded. Check before you register rather than after.
Is there a Dove Bingo app?
No. The site runs in a phone browser and works well enough there; the Jumpman network has very few apps, and Buffalo Spins is the only one of its sites we track that has one.
