Questions about bingo

We answer where we can. We cannot advise on an individual dispute with an operator, recommend what you should play, or help with an account at a site — we have no access to any operator’s systems and no standing with any of them.

Complaints about an operator

We cannot resolve these and we would mislead you by trying. The route that works is the operator’s own complaints procedure first, which must have a published timescale, and then the alternative dispute resolution body named in its terms — eCOGRA for most of the sites we track. That service is free to you and its decision binds the operator. Our page on bingo rules sets out the sequence.

Write to the same address. We will correct a factual error about your brand on the strength of a source. We do not sell placement, we do not publish sponsored content, and we do not send pages for approval before publication.
