Prestige Bingo

An archived review of a bingo site that has closed

This site has closed

Prestige Bingo is no longer trading and nothing on this page is an offer, a recommendation or a link. It is kept as a record of a review this site published when the brand was running, which was in the 2000s.

Any bonus, jackpot, card price or percentage quoted below is a quotation from that old review and is not a current offer. It could not be claimed if you wanted to: the site is gone. Bonus terms at licensed British sites have also changed since — playthrough is capped at ten times and a single offer may no longer mix bingo with casino games. What the terms mean now.

For sites that are trading and licensed, see the sites we have checked.

What it was

Prestige Bingo ran downloadable software with several named halls, each with its own schedule, chat room and chat team. Our review names two: Cabaña Café, which allowed up to 135 cards per game, and Liberty Lounge, capped at fifty.

The software

A network shared with Ruby Bingo and You Bingo.

What it tells you about the period

Those two hall names turn up again in our reviews of Ruby Bingo and You Bingo, which is how we can say with confidence that the three were on one network — the rooms were literally shared, and a player in Cabaña Café at Prestige was sitting with players who had registered elsewhere. Nothing on any of the three sites said so.

That is still exactly how bingo works. Ten of the fourteen sites we list today share one platform and pool their jackpot rooms. The difference is that you can now find out, because the licence number is public.

Why this page still exists

Most bingo sites from this period are gone, and the usual way to deal with their review pages is to delete them or to redirect them to something that pays. We have done neither. A review this site published is part of its record, and a reader who arrives from a twenty-year-old link deserves to find out what happened rather than to be redirected to an advertisement.

There are no commercial links on this page or anywhere in the archive. The full archive holds twenty-four of these.
